Virgil was born and raised in Rockford, Il and graduated Jefferson High School (1985). Growing up on Island ave and attending St Francis, Virgil in southside through and trough. In 2016 Virgil co-founded 100 Community Safehouse and currenly servers at Board President. Virgil currently works as a Parent and Community Liasion for Rockford Schools.
