About Virgil
Virgil was born and raised in Rockford, IL, and graduated from Jefferson High School (1985). Growing up on Island Ave and attending St Francis, Virgil is Southside through and through. In 2016 Virgil co-founded 100 Community Safehouse and currently serves as Board President. Virgil currently works as a Parent and Community Liaison for Rockford Schools.
